Served as a party-selected neutral on a 25 day, 3 member panel, for a computer software arbitration in North Carolina.

Served as mediator in Columbus, Ohio, on major computer customer/vendor matter, which resulted in resolution of claim.

Data Processing Background

 

Programmer, primarily on IBM systems, 1973-1982. Machines include IBM 360/91, 3033, System/34, System/38. Languages include COBOL, RPG II, SPSS, and APL. Taught JCL. Worked for a major bank, a law firm, and several different business units at UCLA.  One of the first "public" users of the Arpanet (later called the Internet).  Continuing programming in various languages for special projects through the present.
